TSP Head Insert — KTM250 Group* 2024-on EXC/XC-W TBI Models Medium/High Compression

MEDIUM COMPRESSION: The new 250EXC Med comp insert is higher compression than stock with a much better overall design. It gives the engine a crisper, torquier feel and is suited to trailriders or racers. It is the best design to use for deep sand riding, or prolonged high speed riding, or for those riders who don’t need as much power gain as the High Comp head offers.
HIGH COMPRESSION: The new 250EXC High comp design is higher compression than stock, and about as high as you can safely go at sea level with normal fuels. It is the best pick for the majority of riders and offers big gains in power from bottom to top. Riders using this head design with a TSP ECU tune will feel a huge difference to performance over stock. Suitable from sea level up, using normal pump 98 RON fuel.
VERY HIGH COMPRESSION (above 1500m elevation): The new 250EXC Very High comp insert is designed for use at high elevation only. Is best suited for use above 1500m, but could be used down to 1000m if necessary with the right fuel and ignition changes on the ERM.
