Controller

MotoXtreme, Lda., Portuguese tax number 516 249 177, trading as MotoXtreme, at Travessa Monte da Bela, n.º 125, 4445-294 Ermesinde-Valongo. Privacy contact: geral@motoxtreme.pt.

Data, purposes and legal bases

  • Account, cart, order, payment, invoicing and delivery: identity, contacts, addresses, optional tax number, products, amount, status and communications, required to perform the contract and take pre-contractual steps.
  • Professional account request and management (B2B): company, tax number, telephone, request date, commercial tier and approval record, for pre-contractual steps, performance of the business relationship, invoicing and management of the agreed conditions. Tier approval is manual and there is no solely automated decision producing legal effects.
  • Tax, accounting, warranty and complaints: transaction and support data, to comply with legal obligations and establish or defend rights.
  • Security and abuse prevention: IP address, technical logs and security events, based on the legitimate interest of protecting the store, customers and transactions.
  • Future marketing: only on a valid legal basis and with a clear right to object or withdraw consent. Customers are not subscribed automatically.

Mandatory fields are required to process, invoice or deliver an order; optional fields are identified as such.

Recipients and international transfers

Data is disclosed only as needed to the categories of providers supporting hosting, maintenance, email, payment, transport and accounting, and to authorities where legally required. If processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, MotoXtreme will use an appropriate legal mechanism and provide information on relevant safeguards.

Retention

Invoicing and transaction records are kept for the statutory tax period. Support, warranty and complaint records are kept for the applicable contractual and limitation periods. Inactive accounts are reviewed after three years and technical security logs are normally kept for up to twelve months, unless an incident or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact geral@motoxtreme.pt; reasonable information may be requested to verify identity. You may complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Automated decisions, security and changes

The current configuration does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects and does not create commercial profiles. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are applied, including encrypted transport in production, individual access, strong authentication, updates, backups and permission controls. This policy is reviewed whenever providers or processes change.
