Delivery and availability
Items marked “made to order” are confirmed with the supplier. MotoXtreme communicates availability and the estimated lead time before processing. Unless a different period is agreed, the applicable statutory maximum delivery period applies.
Mainland Portugal shipping is currently €6.90 and collection from MotoXtreme is free. The Azores, Madeira and other destinations require prior confirmation. The final available cost is always shown before completing the purchase.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
If you purchase as a consumer, you may generally withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods. Send an unequivocal statement to geral@motoxtreme.pt or use the model withdrawal form; no reason is required.
- Notify us within 14 days.
- Wait for instructions and protect the product adequately.
- Return it no later than 14 days after the notification.
- Keep proof of dispatch.
Except in the event of a defect, a MotoXtreme error or a different prior indication, the consumer bears the direct return cost. Original packaging helps protect the product, but its absence does not in itself remove the right. The consumer is only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Exceptions
An item being “made to order” is not, by itself, an exception. Exclusion may apply to goods genuinely made to individual specifications or clearly personalised, and in other cases provided by law, where the applicable information was supplied before purchase.
Wrong, damaged or defective product
This is not a change-of-mind return. Contact us as soon as possible with the order number, reference, description and photographs. Where there is a lack of conformity, statutory warranty rights apply and MotoXtreme will indicate the solution and bear the costs for which it is legally responsible.
Statutory warranty
New movable goods sold to consumers benefit from a three-year statutory conformity warranty under Portuguese law. Fitting or testing a part does not automatically void the warranty. Damage caused by incompatibility, incorrect installation, competition, incorrect tuning or use contrary to instructions is technically assessed and may not constitute a lack of conformity attributable to the seller.
Return address
Do not send products without contacting us first. Once approved, returns are sent to MotoXtreme, Travessa Monte da Bela, n.º 125, 4445-294 Ermesinde-Valongo, Portugal.
