MEDIUM: The Med comp insert is the best all-round design for the majority of enduro riders from 0-1000m. It gives a nice gain in performance from bottom to top.
HIGH: The High comp design can be used at sea level for maximum bottom/mid performance but it is mainly designed for use at elevation above 1000m where it will give similar performance to the Med comp insert at seal level. Not suiitable for high revving applications or deep sand riding at sea level.
