For a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact CICAP — Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto, the alternative dispute resolution entity whose territorial scope includes Valongo.

Before ADR, send the complaint and order number to geral@motoxtreme.pt. The Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book is also available. The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no obsolete link is shown.
